Schwan's Home Service has a unique and newly created sales opportunity for resourceful individuals who are energetic and passionate about what they do! The New Customer Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing tactics and executing strategies to acquire new customers for Schwan's Home Service. By joining the team as a New Customer Sales Specialist, you will become a part of delighting consumers with an unmatched food experience that delivers superior value.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Act as a product knowledge expert and overall brand champion for Schwan''s Home Service
Represent Schwan''s Home Service at local events and communicate the value of Schwan''s to prospects
Schedule appointments and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers over the phone and in person
Generate leads through the identificaton of local events and forums where you can sell prospects on our solution
Leverage tools to assist in reaching potential customers through means such as events, face to face meetings, telephone, social media and other effective consumer sales practices
Achieve assigned sales and new customer targets
After inital order is placed, partner with the Route Sales Representative to provide an informed transition between the customer and RSR/Depot for service implementation
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with local core sales channel and immediate peers
Complete call reports and sales forecasts. Maintain organized and daily records
Provide superiour customer service on a day to day basis
Minimum travel required (overnight travel to mandatory training sessions and regional meetings may be required)
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of professional sales and marketing experience. Prefer sales experience that require significant lead generation and cold calling/telesales
Outstanding interpersonal skills, a passion for new customer development and strong sales results
Self starter and ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment with little supervision
Ability to communicate effectively to interact with a wide variety of personalities
Must have a valid Driver''s license, reliable form of transportation, satisfactory driving record and proof of insurance
High school diploma or equivalent required; some College preferred
Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, social media and ability to conduct online research
