As a Financial Services Officer you will be responsible to interview and qualify members for a variety of loans as well as open new accounts and services. Other duties include direct deposit and payroll setup, maintaining documentation and keying information into the computer system. You will ensure satisfaction to every member you encounter through courteous, accurate and efficient service. You will also use a needs-based selling technique to cross sell appropriate products and services to our members.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, have the ability to determine member needs and promote Credit Union services, ensure accuracy in all areas of work, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union records. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union. Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, etc.) Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc). Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc).

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
