We are looking for an HOURLY SUPERVISOR for our Idaho locations; someone who is seeking a career opportunity in a fast-casual restaurant. This person will be the driving force of a dynamic team of associates in a high volume restaurant and therefore must possess solid leadership skills. Applicant must have excellent guest relations, demonstrate positive attitude, can work well under pressure, able to multi-task and deal with stressful situations, highly organized, can train and develop employees, and above all, very service-oriented. We are searching for the Team Leader who will inspire the crew to move forward and be their best at all times. The successful candidate will be expected to work in our different store locations as needed.
We require:
- 2-3 years experience as a Supervisor
- management experience in a fast-paced dining environment
- in-depth knowledge on Food & Labor Costs and Inventory Control proceduresEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
