Select Staffing is looking to hire experienced, self-motivated Call Center Representatives with excellent customer service skills.If you are a positive, independent, organized person with great phone skills, this could be the job for you!The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering all incoming calls from outside sources of a transportation nature and responding to these calls appropriately, while maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor. The CSR will also ensure eligibility, determining transportation requirements and mode of transportation. The CSR will utilize scheduling software to optimize the number of rides and minimise indirect routing.Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:Answer all incoming telephone calls of a transportation nature and confirm eligibility, scheduling and appropriate mode of transportation.Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor with callers, network providers and any other individual who may contact the business office.Review trips in area of specialization and determine provider assignments. Track specific passenger and trip progress as requested.Route trips to providers and prepare reports as assigned.Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Minimum
Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDOne year experience previous inbound call center or dispatcherExperience in high stress and high call volume center preferredPrior dispatch routing experience is preferredKnowledge: HIPPA background a PLUSKnowledge of medical terminology and servicesHealthcare industry experienceProficient with MS OfficeMust type 30 WPMMultilingual capabilities a PLUSEffective oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsMust be able to pass pre-employment drug and background screen.
