Job Summary of Roles and ResponsibilitiesWe are immediately seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Visual Resource Specialist/Environmental Planner in our growing Boise, Idaho office in support of our Pacific Environmental Planning/Project Management Department.
This position would assist the Visual Resource/Environmental Planning Team in planning and permitting electrical infrastructure and renewable energy generation projects in the Pacific Northwest and across the country.
Required Education/Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Planning, or other related field.
0 to 3 years of experience working with graphics, visualization, and with GIS teams in the development of photo simulations, animations, maps, graphics, and/or other communication tools.
Writing reports, permit applications, or other documents.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team and collaborative environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to travel to perform field assessments (drive, walk, hike) to collect data on existing visual conditions and evaluated potential visual impacts of energy infrastructure projects consistent with applicable agency guidelines and methodologies.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Desired Education/Experience Knowledge and interest in federal, state, and local environmental policy and regulation, particularly federal visual resource management methodologies (Bureau of Land Management BLM -Visual Resource Management VRM ; U.
S.
Forest Service USFS Scenery Management System SMS ; Bureau of Ocean Energy Management BOEM visual impact methodology; Federal Highways Administration FHWA Visual Impact Assessment Guidance).
Ability to do aerial imagery interpretation and understand engineering drawings and topographical maps.
Knowledge and experience with Google Earth, ArcGIS, digital SLR cameras, and GPS equipment is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
