Director of Business Development

Keystone is in search of a Director of Business Development for our acquired Boise division.
This is an exciting opportunity to work and grow a well-established property management group that has been in business for over 20 years.

Since 1982, we have led the way in Southern California, providing superior customer care for our clients in planned-unit developments, condos, mixed-use, commercial, new project developments, large scale onsite communities and master-planned community associations.
Summary:
The Director of Business Development serves as a strategic business partner in establishing and implementing the companys sales strategy and delivering business results.
Oversees the planning, implementation and evaluation of all sales and marketing activities including sales cycle, branding, placement, advertising, digital media, and public relations.
Creates and implements marketing strategies and tactics that ensure strong business development to meet revenue goals.
Essential Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Participates in the companys sales strategic planning process.
Follows trends, economic and social influences, and industry direction to make recommendations that support the companys vision.
Plans, designs, develops, organizes, implements, and directs the company's sales and marketing functions to ensure efficient and effective sales processes and evaluates its performance.
Oversees public relations strategy and implementation.
Leverages and integrates company branding including brand strategy, brand asset management, and marketing campaigns with sales strategy and tactics.
Develops the companys annual sales and marketing plan and budget with overall strategy to increase revenues, control expenses, and provide a return on investment.
Manages daily operations and provides guidance and direction to ensure overall department success.
Assists with new client transitions to ensure all are integrated into Keystone Pacifics processes.
Analyzes requirements of marketing opportunities.
Analyzes data and makes recommendations regarding course of action related to marketing.
Practice and adhere to Keystones Core Values, Mission, and Vision.
Any additional job duties as required by supervisor.
Qualification Requirements:
Valid Drivers License, clean MVR, reliable transportation, and ability to drive.
Demonstrated success in establishing strategic direction and driving results.
Strong knowledge of branding trends and strategies.
Ability to develop successful sales and marketing strategies.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Ability to develop and manage to budget.
Verifiable references.
Able to pass a background check.

Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with a focus in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of consultative sales/marketing experience and in a management role.
HOA experience strongly desired.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
