THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are actively seeking a Manager of Manufacturing who will be at the helm of our manufacturing operations.
In this role, you'll ensure the production of high-quality products in a timely and efficient manner.
This dual-faceted role necessitates both strategic planning within the office setting and tangible interaction in the production area, creating a synergy between management tasks and hands-on resource coordination.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Mentor and inspire our staff, cultivating a culture of growth and learning.
Foster a culture of cross-training, empowering our team to expand their skills and knowledge.
Sculpt the blueprint for our manufacturing processes, championing quality enhancements, pioneering production improvement methodologies, and driving initiatives to boost equipment uptime and escalate utilization.
Pilot our strategic direction and production planning efforts, fueling efficiencies, supercharging profitability, and ensuring service and inventory levels outshine our benchmarks.
Serve as the orchestrator, connecting our teams across engineering, quality control, production planning, and production.
You'll facilitate seamless collaboration for our projects related to outsourcing, production, and new product development.
Analyze and respond to our current operational status, providing expedited request dates, and leading continuous improvement projects from inception to completion.
Chronicle our journey towards ambitious production goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Advocate for cross-training and stay in tune with the latest production management trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to our manufacturing floor.
YOU'LL BRING:
A solid foundation in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, ideally represented by a Bachelor's degree.
A career path marked with at least 5 years of escalating operations leadership experience.
Proven mastery of production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
A track record of breathing life into process improvement techniques.
Command over Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
An innate ability to thrive in a self-directed environment, demonstrating self-starting tendencies and autonomous decision-making skills.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
