We are looking for a professional, highly motivated, energetic, positive individual that prospers in a high volume, fast paced team environment to fill our Director of First Impressions (Receptionist) positionlocated in Meridian, ID.
The Director of First Impressions position is a crucial component to the success of our office and team.
The Director of First Impressions is responsible for setting the tone of the office by creating an unforgettable First Impression while answering incoming calls, greeting everyone with a smile and assisting in various front office duties.
This position requires a heart to serve and desire to be naturally positive while providing exceptional customer service to our agents and clients.
Must have experience on computers including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and be a quick learner with new software programs.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities Answering calls and welcoming clients with a warm & friendly spirit to show our gratitude and excitement for their business, as well as directing clients to the correct locations Putting the needs of our clients first by predicting and satisfying their needs, whether in-person or through correspondence Making WOW! moments and memories for each guest to exceed expectations Maintaining the common areas (including the lobby, conference room(s), kitchen and work room areas) Responsible for general Office projects and assignments supporting one individual, a group or a department.
Helping agents with all requests.
Responding to emails while directing specific requests to the appropriate parties In charge of printing and preparing marketing materials such as flyers, door hangers, and booklets Ability to utilize a variety of office machines to complete a multitude of tasks that includes but is not limited to:
Printing, scanning, copying, faxing, binding and folding Maintaining and ordering office supplies for the work room and team Handle outgoing and incoming mail, packages and notifying agents and staff when items arrive via Fed-Ex, UPS, etc.
Help with onboarding by preparing information and training materials Stays updated on all new construction homes that are ready to tour and updates IMLS to display open houses Business professional dress code with a polished appearance Must maintain strict confidentiality related to all documents, agent, client, and staff data, as well as all other sensitive or classified information obtained through the course of employment.
