We are seeking to hire an exceptional Vice President of Sales.
DataTel is a leading and established IT managed service and business communications provider committed to serving customers with cutting edge service & support, technology, and hardware solutions to its large customer base.
DataTel services include fully managed network services, hosted PBX, VoIP, managed internet, managed security, hosted firewall, SD-WAN, SIP Trunking, as well as leading national sales, service, and support for Mitel communication systems.
The Vice President of Sales will:
Own all aspects of revenue generation for the company Manage, empower, and train 4-6 strong sales rep team across geographic markets to meet or exceed their sales goals Develop and create a repeatable sales playbook for both small business and enterprise customers to grow nationally and in identified industry verticals Support and foster a customer-centric, solutions oriented (find a way to say yes) sales team and culture Assist the senior sales team members close enterprise deals Remove road blocks and simplify processes to allow our team to solve more customer problems Be current on technology trends to identify and shift where the team should be focused as new opportunities arise Select, prioritize, and negotiate with partners & vendors to drive the best outcomes for our customers and the company's bottom line The preferred skills and attributes:
Has created, grown, and nurtured successful sales teams You've developed repeatable B2B sales funnels and teams for multiple technology or telecom products Technical or operational experience in service or product based technologies including managed services providers, VARs (value-added resellers), VoIP, or telecom Bias for action, extremely driven You like to win and you enjoy overcoming challenges DataTel offers:
