As a Legal Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to our legal team, ensuring the smooth progression of cases from initiation to resolution.
Your responsibilities will include managing case files and coordinating communication between clients and legal professionals.

oOrganize and maintain detailed case files, including legal documents, correspondence, and client communications.
oTrack case timelines and deadlines to ensure all necessary actions are taken promptly.
oUpdate and maintain case management software/database regularly.
Client Interaction:
oServe as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about the status of their cases.
oAddress client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
oObtain necessary information and documentation from clients, including updated injuries and a list of providers.
Communication Coordination:
oFacilitate communication between legal professionals, clients, and external parties.
oEnsure timely sharing of information within the legal team and your attorney.
oDraft, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
Medical Management:
oCollect all relevant medical records and bills.
oRequest billing ledgers, review outstanding balances, and list of providers.
Ensure timely billing and/or a lien is in place.
oAssist with resolving contractual issues with Medicare and Medicaid, etc.
Collaboration and Team Support:
oWork collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff.
oAttend team meetings and case review sessions to provide updates on case statuses.
QualificationsoExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
oDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
oAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.
oFamiliarity with various legal practice areas is a plus.
oGood customer service skills.
oGeneral computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
oExperience in Personal Injury Law, medical, and/or insurance industries preferred.
oFluent Spanish/English speaking preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
